My favourite dinner ever is probably butter chicken, and as stated in my earlier posts, I love soup. So I decided to combined them both to create this butter chicken soup! Which, unfortunately turned out extremely bland. I took the recipe off of https://thekitchenpaper.com/butter-chicken-soup/, and it took me about an hour to create. I actually made this at my parents home as I have to study there on Fridays due to my schedule. So I didn’t have to buy most of the ingredients, which was awesome. The ingredients I did have to buy came to about $15. I decided to skip out on the naan bread, as I would’ve had to buy it. So instead I made up a quesadilla which was super basic (just cheese and tortilla), but very very delicious. Can never go wrong with a nice quesadilla. This soup lasted me about 3 days worth and I froze one container of it. I don’t think I would make this dish again, and might just keep my butter chicken.. well to be just that, butter chicken.
