Traditional butter chicken has a ton more ingredients, but I decided to cut out as many as I could and it still turned out not bad!

I used this recipe:

Luckily, I already had a chicken breast so I began with cutting that up. I fried that up in oil  and once fully cooked I added in my sauce which consisted of the curry powder, tikki masala sauce, and milk. I had some baby tomatoes to use up so I cut them in half and added them into the sauce.  Next, I cut up my broccoli and put it in a bowl full of water with a plate on top, and put it in the microwave for 4 minutes to create steamed broccoli. After mixing up the sauce with the chicken, I put my broccoli on the plate and poured the sauce on top. I ate this with naan bread. I had to buy the sauce, powder and naan bread. This came to about $10. I had two days worth of leftovers. Not bad!
